I am began working at the Institute of Technology for the 2015/ 2016 school year. I have been working with Syracuse City Schools since 1999. I was placed at Fowler High School as a student teacher and I have never looked back. Syracuse students come to my courses from diverse backgrounds and this keeps me motivated and excited about engaging them in Social Studies.

Social Studies Instructional Coach
I have been working as the first instructional coach for the Syracuse City Schools Social Studies Department. In this role I have worked with hundreds of teachers in the district on writing initiatives and the new Social Studies Inquiry model of learning.
